Online LIVE Qi-Gong Webinars in 2014

The Dao of Connection

Dates: Every Thursday Evenings from 13th February to 6th March, 2014
Times: 9.30pm to 10.30pm
Location: From your home or location of your choice - online - internet connection & speakers required)

A Series of 4 QiGong LIVE meditations that can be taken individually or as a course.

In order to interact an energetic connection is made in a multitude of forms. Many of these connections are substantial in nature and effortlessly perceived by our gross physical senses - such as sound energy connections through speech. Other connections are more subtle but still perceivable to the extent of one's awareness - such as emotional and mental energy connections. Energy connections can also be non local, defying the "laws" of time and space - as seen in some of the scientific consciousness research carried out over the last 20 years by the PEAR program at Princeton University.

In this interactive matrix of Qi/Energy that we exist in, connections are made in different ways at all times of our existence. We also continually disconnect in a diverse variety of ways in order to protect ourselves from being overwhelmed. Connections can bring both harmony and disharmony to our individual Qi/Energy field which is why skill in connecting & disconnecting is an important Qi Gong/Energy skill.

This series of 4 meditations will examine these connections both internally and externally in theoretical and practical aspects utilising specific Qi Gong/Energy Skill methods. Understanding the nature and purpose of Connections will be examined whilst Techniques to establish, improve and modulate Connections as well as to Disconnect will be taught & developed and can be utilised to achieve and assist in creating personal harmony.

The Art of Alignment

Dates: Every Thursday Evenings from 13th March to 3rd April, 2014
Times: 9.30pm to 10.30pm
Location: From your home or location of your choice - online - internet connection & speakers required)

A Series of 4 QiGong LIVE meditations that can be taken individually or as a course.

Our consciousness expressing thoughts, feelings and actions through our physical bodies can be viewed as a collective functioning Energy field. The ability of this overall Qi/Energy field to function harmoniously requires alignment of it's various component Energy fields. This is symbolised in Traditional Chinese Medicine as the Five Element theory or WuXin - Fire, Water, Metal, Wood and Earth.

The Art of Alignment is the process of adjusting these energy fields so that they are in proper relative interaction with each other as well as in harmonious relationship. Alignment must also constantly occur within the larger interactive matrix of Qi/Energy that we exist in, otherwise external Energy fields may cause disharmony to our individual Qi/Energy field.

This series of 4 meditations will examine the Art of Alignment both internally and externally in theoretical and practical aspects utilising specific Qi Gong/Energy Skill methods. Understanding how to establish, improve and modulate States of Alignment will be taught & developed and can be utilised to achieve and assist in creating personal harmony.
